Played with a 40-card Italian deck by two players. Each is dealt three cards, and the next card is flipped face-up to set the briscola (trump) suit. Twenty tricks are played — the trick winner draws first from the pile, then the opponent. The first player to 61 of 120 card points wins the deal.
